Expert Witness and Ethics Consulting Services

In addition to educating attorneys, and beginning in 2023, Mr. Teicher will be accepting cases that require expert witness services. Mr. Teicher will be available as an expert for lawyers facing disciplinary charges. Mr. Teicher’s services focus on interpretations of the rules of professional conduct. Services include:
  • Case Evaluation
  • Expert witness reports
  • Testimony at disciplinary hearings
For law firms, Mr. Teicher can provide consultation regarding:
  • Interpretations of the ethics code
  • Assistance in developing best practices to avoid ethical grievances
Because of his extensive experience teaching the ethics code across the country, Mr. Teicher is able to provide expert witness services in any state. Please note, however, that because Mr. Teicher continues to serve as an ethics investigator in his home state of New Jersey, he will be unable to accept matters in that state.
